Nature Tales – Fall
October 13, 2020 –
Preschoolers with an accompanying adult guardian are invited to the Dorothy Pecaut Nature Center on Tuesday, October 13 at 10:00 AM for a special story time about Autumn Leaves and signs of fall. We will read the story: “Leaf Man,” and take a hike on the trails. This event will take place outdoors at the Outdoor Amphitheater. Please plan to be outdoors and social distance. Come enjoy a new tale, learn about signs of fall, and join us for an adventure.
The program is limited to 15 families, free of charge and open to the public. Please call 712-258-0838 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to pre-register. The Dorothy Pecaut Nature Center is located at 4500 Sioux River Road (Hwy 12), Sioux City, Iowa.
Our top priority has been and will continue to be the health and well-being of the public and the staff. In response to the ongoing development of COVID-19, Woodbury County Conservation programs will adhere to social distancing, smaller group size, increased sanitation and facemasks are recommended.
